Real Estate III Property Management, LLC is now an EPA Certified Lead Paint Renovation Approved Property Manager. Certification available upon request.
Johnny Johnson is a Property Manager specializing in Single Family Homes and also handles Sales of Townhomes, Single Family Homes and Investments. Johnny handles all of his own Management Duties with his Tenants and Landlords.
Tim Carson provides Real Estate Services, and Tim has been Selling and Leasing Homes, Land, Farms, Commercial and Investment Properties since 1985. Tim is experienced in 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, Development, Consulting and Investments.

Each of our staff, listed above has an extension and if you call their extension number, then it will ring their mobile phone, if no answer, it will transcribe the message and send it to multiple people.
We do not open doors for lockouts or loss keys. We may be able to, during normal business hours M-F, for a fee. You should either keep spare keys safe in another spot, with a friend, family or you will need to call a locksmith, at your expense to access your unit. We can also make keys available for you to pick up during normal hours, but only by appointment.
